The way things have always been done isn’t working—and the community knows it. From unsafe roads and over development to struggling schools and gaps in healthcare access, our community deserves better. I believe in a future where every person—no matter their zip code or background—has access to opportunity, safety, and support. ​

That’s why my campaign is grounded in Access. Advocacy. Accountability. Affordability. These principles guide every part of my platform:

✅ Lower the Cost of Living
The bills keep going up: energy, gas, groceries, rent. I'll take on powerful corporations while expanding supply and access, so working families can get ahead. My plan: freeze Delmarva Power rates to protect ratepayers from hikes; make giant data centers pay their own way instead of raising your bills; and lower costs with cheaper, cleaner energy and efficiency rebates.

✅ Healthcare That Doesn't Bankrupt You
Delaware has some of the highest healthcare costs in America, and it hurts individuals, families, and businesses alike. My plan: create a Prescription Drug Affordability Board to rein in drug prices; cap insulin at $35 a month; cut premiums for middle-class families and small businesses; and get medical debt off your credit report.

✅ High-Quality Public Education & Secure Schools
I brought three children through Delaware schools, so I know how much work is left to do, and it runs from child care all the way through college. My plan: cap child care costs so they don't cost more than college; deliver universal full-day pre-K; add free school lunch for every student; build schools to keep up with a growing population; and expand SEED for free community college.

✅ Affordable Housing & Responsible Growth
After Delaware's first reassessment in nearly 40 years, property taxes spiked while big corporations got a cut, and overdevelopment keeps outpacing our infrastructure. My plan: protect longtime homeowners from property-tax spikes; help first-time buyers with downpayment assistance; invest in safer roads and walkable neighborhoods; properly fund infrastructure to prevent flooding; and promote smart, community-driven development.

✅ Support for Families & Individuals with Disabilities
Every Delawarean deserves to live with dignity. I'll improve services, accessibility, and inclusive support systems for families and people with disabilities.

✅ Opportunity for Small Businesses & Working Families
Local businesses are the backbone of our community. I'll cut costs for small businesses, including health-insurance premiums, and build an economy where working families can actually thrive.​

Success shouldn’t depend on who you know or where you live. It should come from a system that works—for all of us.
